We are prelaunch. The site currently offers collection browsing and a free launch list. Orders, payments and customer photo uploads are not open. The artwork-order sections below describe our planned service; final ordering information will be provided before paid orders are accepted.

Using the website and launch list

Joining the list is not a purchase, reservation or guarantee of availability. We use your email for the launch notification described in our privacy policy. You can request removal at any time.

Your personalised artwork

Our planned service prepares 10 designs using your selected theme and photograph. One artwork is fulfilled per order, in the digital or printed format purchased. The 10 previews are choices, not 10 separate finished products.

Seven days to choose

You have seven calendar days from the notification that your design gallery is ready to select a design. Your notification will state the selection deadline. If you do not select a design within that period, Vielart will select the design we consider best and proceed with printing and delivery for a printed order. For printed orders, you will not have to make an active selection for this default process to apply. For digital orders, we may recommend a design after the deadline, but expiry of the deadline is not your approval: your explicit design approval is still required.

If you cannot access the gallery, have concerns about the designs or wish to cancel, contact us before the deadline. This selection process does not remove cancellation rights before printing starts or rights relating to defective or nonconforming products. See our cancellation and replacement policy.

Photo permissions and production partners

Only upload photographs you have the right to use for this service. Obtain permission from the people shown, including an authorised parent or guardian where needed for a child. Creating your artwork involves sharing your source photograph and relevant artwork files with production partners, potentially in other countries, as explained in our privacy policy.

What the samples show

Our sample artworks illustrate a style. Your photograph changes the arrangement, detail and hidden portrait; an identical composition or exact likeness is not guaranteed. The portrait may become clearer when viewed from a distance or with gently narrowed eyes. Screen and print colours can differ. These artistic characteristics do not excuse a damaged, wrong or materially misdescribed product.

Price, delivery and digital files

When sales open, the price in AED, applicable charges, delivery coverage, estimated timing and included file or print specifications will be shown before payment. Current prelaunch samples are not offers of free products. Any included revision entitlements will be stated before sales open. You may cancel a digital order before you explicitly approve its design. Once you approve it, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable, subject to mandatory rights. Approval does not waive rights concerning defective, inaccessible or incorrectly supplied files.

Cancellation and product problems

Printed orders may be cancelled before printing starts. Once printing starts, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. We offer replacement for substantiated defects, damage or incorrect products; please read the full policy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact us to raise a problem; the policy does not prevent you from seeking a remedy through the relevant consumer-protection authority.
